7th Grade NWEA/MAP Class Schedule
Registration for 7th Grade classes to prepare for Spring 2016 NWEA/MAP Test is NOW OPEN!
Please note that while CPS students may take the MAP test several times during the school year, the mandatory administration of the test will begin on in the spring of their 7th grade year. This spring test will be the one that will count in the high school admissions process.
SelectivePrep offers a 16 hour program to prepare students for the 7th Grade MAP test. Scores from this test represent one third of the Selective Enrollment admissions score. Additionally scores from this test will play a crucial role in determining whether or not a student is admitted to other competitive programs including International Baccalaureate (IB) and advanced magnet high schools.
We will offer classes on the weekends (both downtown and on the north side) and after school at various elementary schools across the City of Chicago.
Please note that after school classes will be posted ONLY under Register Now, 7th Grade Programs on the SelectivePrep website as they are established.
